Personalised Items

As personalised products are made to order, they cannot usually be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Personalised Items

If you would like to return a non-personalised item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order before sending any items back.

Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition where possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
