Are your hampers gift wrapped?

Our basket hampers are beautifully gift wrapped and carefully presented, making them perfect for gifting. Some box hampers may have a different presentation style depending on the product.

Can I send a hamper directly to the recipient?

Absolutely. Many of our orders are sent directly as gifts for baby showers, newborn arrivals and special occasions.

Do you include receipts in the parcel?

No pricing information or invoices are included inside gift orders.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Personalised items may take 3–5 working days to dispatch.

Do you offer UK delivery?

Yes — we currently deliver within the UK only.

How do I provide personalisation details?

If your order includes personalisation, please leave the required details in the order notes section before checkout. If we need any additional information, we will contact you directly.

Are personalised items returnable?

As personalised products are made to order, they cannot usually be returned unless faulty or damaged.
